COLLAGE EXPANDS ITS CHURCH AND COMMUNITY PROJECTS DIVISION

Lake Mary, Florida – The Collage Companies hires commercial construction industry-veteran to lead expansion of religious sector development, throughout Florida and the southeastern United States. In response to the growing demand for large religious structures and church building projects, and in complement to Collage’s long history of church building – Gary Vargas joined Collage as a Project Executive on September 1st. Mr. Vargas is working alongside Lee Corcoran, Director of Church Development  as part of the business development team, supporting strategic growth with an emphasis on expansion and of consulting and development services. Gary will also be engaged with local community projects as a client liaison, providing oversight through project completion.
Gary Vargas has 25-years of construction industry experience overseeing large commercial and civil construction projects. Mr. Vargas’ expertise extends to every phase of the project from preconstruction, management and execution. He has been engaged with multiple project delivery methods including design/bid/build, design/build, construction management at risk, and integrated project delivery. Gary has worked throughout Florida and nationally on public and private projects. He is a graduate of the University of Florida School of Building Construction, is a Certified Construction Manager and holds a General Contractors license in the state of Florida.
